look at it this way, at the very least, youll find out what kind of competition is out there, in either the juniors or the adult categories. youll find out to what level you should work to become skilled enough to do well in competition with them. that's how i see it.

enter it in nuniors. from what i've seen at various contests, we really don't stand a chance with some of the hotshot builders with their awesoem superdetailed builds...

I need some advice. Theres a contest on Sept 11 that I plan on going to, and I was going to enter my Dingo and possibly the 234/3 that I did a little bit ago (I'll weather the inside and tires more like you guys said) but I didnt know whether to enter it in Juniors or in the Armored Cars/Recon (1/35 - bigger) category.
The contest seems to be the biggest one there, so there might be a lot of people in the Armored Cars/Recon (1/35 - bigger) category.
ygmodeler, Lynchburg is close to you, you should go!
What should I enter them in?
edit: actually Lynchburg is only 40 minutes closer from you than where I am!

anyways, tanky, when are you planing to build your t-90?

very very soon. I just have a couple bottles of resin primer on order from Greatmodels and as soon as i get them i'm off. But then again it is greatmodels, so i might not start for a decade or 2. lol. my entry for the next one will probably be the dml king tiger with verlinden resin engine. (i can never get the hang of building things OOB.)

yeah. around here if you didn't know who he was ppl thought you were living in a cave. so. i guess it's about time this thread dies out too. and then the third one will be born. I'll try and do an armor build for the next one. I'm happy with the way my stug is coming along. The next 2 steps in the weathering porcess have just been added.
