Posted by jinithith2 on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 6:36 PM
whaddaya guys think?
all subjects of all scales, no age limit (no youg guns or old guns) .
only catch is that you can't have a cross build. that means you can't have already started it.

can I handle it?Big Smile [:D]

Well see that's the point. Young guns GB. Because we're all young. GB's are supposed to have a subject... that's the point of a GB. But if you wanna do it, go ahead, but like reb said, there's really no point...

Oh come on, it wasn't that bad. Just the restrictions were too loose, not being there and all.

why not pick something unique? I noticed in another post you are going to the ROK this summer so why not get any pics you can of ROK aircraft while you are there and come back and do a ROK or Asian themed aircraft group build?

Are you fond of any area of military history? Pick that and do a GB.

I am partial to the pacific war in WWII so I chose the Battle of Midway for my GB.

Just be sure it is something you are familiar with... or interested in...

Good, I'm glad to see that someone allready trashed this idea Tongue [:P]
I would suggest that you write down a couple of things (not here, but on your own Big Smile [:D] ) of subjects that interest you, narrow it down, throw in a spin if you wish, and see if you get any responses. Group builds should have some unique element that ties in all the participants together. Don't give up, there's no harm in trying, and there's always people willing to join SOME GB Smile [:)]

Hey, ROK GB is a great idea. Its okay if your first try didn't pan out, try again. Everyone's here to help. Besides, I had a few ideas (like a cutaway build) that never went anywhere, so you're not the only one.
