Painting the Tigier I

Hi Everyone

Finally got myself a full-option 1/16 Tiger I after I first saw it many many years ago. It's a return to a hobby I gave up 20 years ago. Well it's my first R/C tank and after opening up the box and having a look at all the parts involved, I'm wondering if I bit off more than I can chew!

Anyway, I'll give it my best shot and this forum has been invaluable in providing inspiration for me to get started. Thanks guys!!

Just need to ask a newbie question...I plan to paint my Tiger in German Grey. Will it be ok to just use a spray can instead of investing in an airbrush to get decent results? I don't expect to get the same results as some of the incredible work that I see here on this forum. Is it possible to paint the muzzle brake and exhaust with black spray to simulate carbon stains and dust?
