I'll vote for SPC too. I usually don't do much WWII stuff but I have a few WWII kits to clear off the shelf.

Heres another vote for the props.

BTW, I'm waiting on a replacement canopy to finish my tri-motor. If its not here soon, I'll buy another just for the canopy. Feet and clear plastic were never meant to mix.

Okay, jets look to be in the lead...waiting for others who participated in the first build...I am torn..obviously, the South Pacific campaign was unique but I would really like to do the first jet in New Zealand service (I think it was the Vampire)

hehe  JKWink [;)]

I will try to come up with an obscure "first"... hmmmmm.... 1st jet with a power to weight ratio greater than 1?  Let me ruminate a bit.

My vote's for first jets.  I still have that Me-262 that I never got around to starting (life got really busy) and I really want to do something with it.

It's a tough call but I'll go for the first jets. I've got a meteor in the stash that I have been saving since you first mentioned it Joe.

My vote is for the first jets.  Even though I build mostly WWII props, I've got that CA Supermarine Attacker I need an excuse to build Smile [:)].

Greetings All !

Orginially I was thinking of the "First Jets" Idea...Me-262's etc, but also any jet to serve "first"...

Well I am about 2/3 of the way through the book Fire in the Sky.  It is a history of the air war in the South Pacific.  WOW!  So here's the idea;

OOTB First Jets  or  OOTB South Pacific Campaign

NEED YOUR VOTES!

Start Date:         1 April 2006

Finish Date:         1 November 2006

OOTB = IPMS Guidelines.  Also if it is a mixed media kit then it is okay...AM Decals are also acceptable...
