Long time no update but finally here is one.

The hull where the torpedoes launch from were masked and touched up.

Sorry for the slow response Jason its probably the correct colour but lighten it for a scale effect i.e. smaller it is lighter it should be just my opinion.

Here some pics of the 1/700 German destoryer I'm working on. This is my 1st ship. all the superstructures are just placed for photos.

The Instructions call for german grey as the main color but this seems to dark to me. What color should it be? As allways all comments welcome.

Oh get rid of it. Wrap a piece of wire around a toothpick and make a eyebolt type of deal.

The rear gun deck sight was solid so I hollowed it out hope you can make it out.

I tried to make the centre hole larger and to insert a sight however the plastic (which is pretty soft and crappy) broke therefore I just left it alone.

Hi Bondoman - great to see you around.

Got the old paint brush out and undercoated the propellers.

Yes the colour is rather garish but that will be fixed in the final detailing.

Cheers

I'm here. Nice job and I admire your dedication. I've done this too, never join a GB and not finish. Clips are a nice tip.
