I'll wait to set the timeline untill I see who would participate. I wouldn't start it untill after New Years.

It sounds pretty cool, sorry I missed the first one. What are the dates of the GB? If this one goes ahead it will be my third and last comittment for the year.

Cheers,

Eric

A great lie - "I'm from the FAA and I'm here to help." Politics - Many blood sucking insects. Flying - Long periods of boredom puncuated by moments of stark terror.

Well, since the last one was fun and pretty creative, I'd like to see who would be interested again. I know alot of you expressed interest but had other GB commitments at the time. I will be happy to invite anyone for this round. We could wait to start after the holidays and  see who wants to participate. I would like to add some more  options this time. See what you all think.

* build any plane from the 30's and 40's used or not used in combat. This includes prototypes and experiments that never 'made' it.

* scratchbuilding and kitbashing welcomed.

* alter the 'role' of your plane. Example: put snow skids on a P-47 or floats on a B-25 or any other variation you dream up.

* equip your plane with different weapons and/or additional equipment (radars, night fighters, etc.)

 * redesign the paint scheme of the plane however you want. It can be more functional or just look cooler.

* put your plane in a different theater than it originally was and paint accordingly

* put your plane on the opposing side and paint accordingly. Axis to Ally or Ally to Axis

* you can combine any of the options together for a single build. Example: a P-40 on floats in a Pacific scheme with a torpedo

Feel free to respond if you are interested and I'll finalize the details

Andy
