Testing the waters... Victory at Sea GB?
Posted by flynavy1958 on Friday, February 16, 2007 8:56 PM

Anyone interested in a GB around the theme of naval forces of WW2?  By that I mean SHIPS!  Lots to choose: from aircraft carriers to PT boats!  Going back in this forum archive several months, I've not seen a great number of GBs featuring ships?

Any interest?  If so, than we'll talk some guidelines (I hate "rules!") and some dates.  I'll start by finishing an Essex-class carrier I started last summer...

I've got a few 1/700 ships on the shelf, so I might want to participate.

Im still new to shipbuilding so the results might be ....ahem...intesting.

I might be interested as well. I have a 1/125 Revell German Submarine U-99 on the floor in my room.  I built the U.S.S Lionfish and Yorktown when I was younger so I guess we'll see how this works out.Wink [;)]
