Does this create an overlap with the Navy Air Wing GB?

No, the NAVY build is for all Navy aircraft and Marines. This is just for F-14's which it seems no one is building over there.

I'm always down for a Tomcat or two (or seven or eight)

There is at least one Tomcat being built in the Navy Airwing GB ... I'm building it.  Smile [:)]  Not sure if there are any others.

I'd sign up for this GB, but I've only got the one 'Cat at the moment, and she is well underway.  I am looking at doing another one a little later on in order to have a Hi-Viz and a Lo-Viz bird on my display shelf, so assuming I pick that up in time, and you guys will let me, I might join in this GB a little later on, but I'll post closer to that point in time.

Any which way, best of luck to all in this GB, the F-14 is a great subject! Thumbs Up [tup]

Chaos, panic, disorder ... my work here is done.

corvettemike,

Let me know if you are going to move forward with this, as I have several Tomcat kits collecting dust, but wanting to be built.  I, like most modelers, have several projects going right now, but I could still meet your March 1 deadline if this is on.  You may want to consider changing the start date (and the finish date as well) to see if there is some more interest now, as I see this submittal began in April.
