Yeah, it's moving to the top of my Christmas model list, right in front of the Academy Jackson! Dang all these Sherman varients!!! And yet still no calopie! You'd think one of the manufactures would do one.

Just curious if anybody knows, are the Academy Jackson tracks easier or harder to assemble than Dragon's Firefly? More or less pieces?

You already missed the Calliope release Bill. Monogram did one many, many years ago and Italeri released one about 7 or 8 years ago. Verlinden did a resin conversion kit that was the best of the bunch IMO. As always, they're all OOP right now but I'd watch for Italeri to re-release it in the future, they usually bring their stuff back for another round.

The Jackson tracks are rubber band variety Eric .... tow pieces in total, one per side.

Sherm: What can you say about the quality of the rubber tracks. Would it be necessary to use A/M indy ones for this one?

I haven't seen the kit on the shelf yet Dwight .... but if it's the same quality as in their M12 and M10 kits, I'm using them and not going to go with AM.

That's a relief. Thanks. Quite difficult to find AM tracks around here you know.

Thanks Robert. I assume the M10 are the same? This might be one time I bite the bullet and do vinyl. I do have my limits. I'm beginning to feel something in my gut, something Eric(Erock) must have felt.......that pull to the OD side of the dark side. First a Hellcat in the fold, now a Jackson......M10.....?[:0]
