Well, other than I thought it said Manatee, which cause a slight disappointment, I am over it.

Let me be the first to say, beautiful, magnificient, you have not lost your touch.  Very nice weathering/mudding.

You did an excellent job on the build! I especially like the way you depicted the worn metal on the edges of the armour plate......very convincing!

For some strange reason, the tank itself reminds me of a puppy that wants to play! The side view really looks like a puppy with it's front paws down, and it's butt up in the air with it's tail wagging. I now, weird!

Seriosly, man--you haven't lost anything at all! I've seen these tanks modeled before, but I've never seen one with the stance that you've modelled! I LOVE IT! It looks like a jacked-up Charger or SuperBee! A Muscle Panzer! COOL!!!!

The finish is superb--great, great work!!!!

   Even though I'm not into the paper panzer thing (at least not yet) I can see that you haven't lost your touch Steve.

   I'll tell ya that thing looks like it should have a Hemi in it.

Steve this is a master piece example of Extreme Weathering!!!!  As already mentioned I realy llike the stance of the vehicle and how you set the suspension.

Well done Sir!  Can you provide some of the more mundane details for us common folk? 

Paints and colors used as well as a few of the techniques........ 

DM - Based on the weathering thread, from a Mr. Clean, I love your dirt covered rusting German hulk!!

Really, the mufflers look great. Love the texture work in the rusting areas. Tracks look great. Hummm...what is the blue thing in the back (not being a Germaholic).

See.....even Mr Clean can appreciate a good dirty build. Like the old saying goes everybody has a rectum and everyone's is different. But that does not mean I don't like to look at a nice butt every now and then!!! We are all modelers (not butt heads) and we all have style.....(Nice backside on the tank)

It is always great to see a DM build....glad to see you have the sniff of glue back. Keep that dirt and rust coming!!

funny thing about the "weathering/rusting" comments...IMO, this is not one of those I would put in the "over-weathering" category, so it is ironic IMO that so many are jumping on your build as an iconic example of uber-weathering...maybe because it come on so close to the thread in question...To me, the weathering is about spot-on...no bright orange patches of rust...I think you achieved a nice look by layering on your weathering..."...a fine grime takes time..."

  Good observation Manny. I actually thought it didn't aspire to the "overweathered doctrine" myself. I think you're right about the associaton with the "Overweathering thread" along with the fact that my screen name here prompts certain expectations.

 Welp, the drawings for the E-10 were conpleted in the summer of 1944 and contracts were awarded to the Klockner-Humboldt-Deutz Magirus Werk in ULM for three completed vehicles. Three hulls were actually made in Silesia (Schleslen), but were not finished when the russians arrived.

Most likely the Russians wound up with 'em and kept them all to 'dem little 'ol selves.
