OK, between work and my model railroad I did build a few. Here is Tamiya's 1/35 M5 Stuart converted to an earlier model, M8 Howitzer converted to an M8A1 Tank Destroyer and Dragon's M1A1 Abrams.

Nice stuff, all!

Finished this year, maybe even also started this year:

Mostly Academy and Verlinden Magach 6C

Trump Tiran 5, mostly done before New Year's eve.

M48, from the Academy kit

Trump KV-1

Tamiya M4A3

Dragon M4 Composite, from the old Firefly hybrid kit.

Tamiya/Dragon M4A3/76

Tamiya (mostly) M4A3E2 Jumbo

M26, for the Endgame 46" GB

There's another Sherman or two finished that I don't have pics of, but this was a fairly productive year for me.

Embarrassed sheesh, as I said, a very productive year................................

To be more honest on this one: my eye sight is not getting better and the bigger models are easier for me to see. At the moment I am working on the Revell Tirpitz, ( 1/350), and the PE set is murder .

regards,

Julian Drinks

Go big or go home Grem? Wow! And all those large kits in one calender year. Very impressive Especially the T-34 and the Scnellboot. Not to take away from any of the other work displayed by anyone here, but there is something to be said for very large kits.

Slow year for me but here goes!

And still on the bench;

Also just want to say, there are some great builds on this thread!

It would be great if FSM could print an article as a "year in review on the forums" or do a special issue or something...

Well, it was a slow year for me, I built the Revellogram B-29. Unfortunately I don't seem to have the images on photobucket anymore. So my armor for the year was my M-7 Priest set in Sicily.

And those that did not get finished.

I just went to page 1 and went through all the builds posted here again, since I missed the last few, and all i can do is quote the side of Maj. Preddy's P-51...

Cripes A'Mighty , there is some fine stuff here.

I have worked hard but slowly, developing my figure skills a bit.  WHen the year started, I hadn't yet psinted a figure, now I have done 6 or so.

Here are the completed builds, first off something for the purists, I present the Princess Panzer, a DML Jagdtiger that my eight year old daughter wanted to build with me.  She picked colors, I followed orders.  IT is proudly displayed in her room, and she still tells people that she helped me build it:

  a Panther G Early, DML, 1/35, and a DML figure:

Not fantastic, but I am happy with it.

Actaully, the SHerman was built and painted first, then I did a bunch of stuff to it to try to get ready for a show, here's how he turned out with both figures and re painted stowage, aerial, a .50 collector's brass, a couple alpine dudes.  SO far, this is my favorite build;

Then the infamous armored avocado, a BA-20 that I scratchbuilt a motor for:

And finally, I finished this guy:

Lastly, I made some progress on this:

That's it for me!

Some really great stuff in here.I may as well add to it.Most of the projects that were finished are in G.B.'s..First was the panzer III Ausf. J .. Then a few panzer IV's ,first off an Ausf. G        Next was the Nashorn..   The up-gunned Ausf.D..  The 10.5 cm. Selbfahrlette Ausf B.. The Ausf.E needed a couple little details but was fairly finished. ..Many more smaller builds neared completion.Like about 10 or 15 of em. Hope to finish more .Cool
