I particulary enjoyed this one. Why? The doog said!

I started making kits when I was 8 years old, and Matchbox kits where my favourites, as you get the tank and an atractive base dispaly. I felt the same with this Puma and the base. Was a really pleasant modelling time remembering my childhood!

I've always liked figures in any scene featuring a piece of armor, as it brings a human element to the scene, and this one is a great little vignette!

It reminds me a lot of the old "Matchbox" line of 1/76 kits that came with ready-made diorama "scenes" that you could put together in order to display the model in it. The Puma one had something similar to this scene, so it really brings back some memories!

A gold winning entry at any show for certain! Outstanding level of detail and weathering. The figure adds a very interesting touch to the display.

Excellent finish for the new year - the figure really adds a whole new dimension to the scene.

It takes some real work to make a plain Dark Yellow finish "pop" but you've got a real stunner there!

Just two questions:Metal gun barrel from Panzer III is the same L/55 used in the Puma AFV? 

What colour scheme You´ve  selected  (Yellow/greeen-Yellow/brown/green or just Yellow?)

Excellent Jose, looking forward to more on this build. I do recall you saying to build OOB yet this kit did need a bit more detail to really shine.If you never said I would have guessed it was 1/35 scale.

I like the previous suggestion of 'studying abroad' Thinking you should buy a Vineyard including a studio overlooking some of the classic Italian landscapes and host 'modeler's study sessions / vacations' Of course it will need to be close to some night life and the ocean. Let me know when I can book a all inclusive two week package.

I didn't realize they made a 1/48. I really like the added details. I so agree with changing out the barrel, very undersized on the 1/35.
