   The Russian - Finnish war or Winter War as it is know last from November 1939 till March 1940. Production of the Stuart did not begin till March 1941.

    BTW, the Russians were not particularly fond of the Stuart when they did arrive. So much so they turned down an offer to receive the new M5.

I know they didnt have them in the winter war Im not sure if you were saying no to the continuation war furing the summer offensive of 1944
