   The Russian - Finnish war or Winter War as it is know last from November 1939 till March 1940. Production of the Stuart did not begin till March 1941.

    BTW, the Russians were not particularly fond of the Stuart when they did arrive. So much so they turned down an offer to receive the new M5.
