Here's my latest military vehicle — HobbyBoss 1/35 scale Land Rover Defender WMIK. Look for a detailed review in the November 2011 FSM.

Just what I need (a real one, that is!) for driving Route 495, the Washington Beltway. Nice!

Aaron, that came out nice! I know you built it as a review, but boy is it crying out for some heavy weathering and tons of gear to go with it.

Looks great Aaron. Glad you can still fit in a model or two along with your other duties here.

That's really nice work Aaron, I'll be looking forward to reading your review.
I agree with the others, especially Stephen. I'd love to see some weathering on it.

Stephen,
I agree. If I'd had a little more time, I'd have added a few layers of dirt and dust. Let's consider this a test for the next one.
Aaron,
Looks awesome as usual. Love the panel wash...how did you do it?
Only thing I would add is to hit the guns with a bit of silver drybrush as the guns can get beat up pretty good.

Now that is definately a manly vehicle!
Aaron, another great kit coming out of your factory. What would be next? You are going to join a Group Build?

Nice clean build. Most here like the filthy scratched to hell look......I could go for some dirt.....modern vehicles are not big on chips.....
With that said, it is understandable for a review to look wash rack fresh.....nice work, even for an Asst. Editior
Always great to have you posting here!!

Not enough rust! Okay, someone had to say it first.
This is a cool build. I'm not normally a modern armor fan, but every now and then.......
Cheers Aaron on a neat build. Will look forward to that review.

Looking awesome.....
Aaron, nice job! Like Bill said, a good, clean build-...
--but now that you squeezed t in under the deadline, chip that baby up! Add some MIG powders! Throw in a figure! Put it on a base! ......
