Of course its my work...thought I'd take a break from styrene and build a wooden kit...no glue involved, just wooden dowels...it actually works like the real thing...doesn't list a scale but I'd guess ir is close to 35th or 24th scale...

I was gonna initially build it out of paper napkins and empty chapstik tubes but thought better of that since I wanted to get it done this year...

Nice ancient artillery.  Looks good.  I'm glad that arty has progressed a bit since then though.

It's just a model......

Manny never mentioned he was hanging out with Roy Underhill in Pittsboro, NC.

Look forward to seeing your cat launching prototype.

Where did you find the plans for the spring pole version?

Imagine what 228 more of those could do...

On the Bench: 1/32 Trumpeter P-47 | 1/32 Hasegawa Bf 109G | 1/144 Eduard MiG-21MF x2

On Deck:  1/350 HMS Dreadnought

Lots of parts; lots of instructions...your best bet IMO is to snag one at Hobby Lobby and save yourself the trouble of trying to cut dozens of precision wooden pieces...name of the company is Pathfinders:
