Excellent work and a gorgeous finish, fellow-Doog.
Really a nice job without being overdone on either side of the dirty/clean fence. You've got "style"!
Great work as usual! I especially like the weathering effects.

disastermaster DoogsATX: modeler#1 - thanks, I really dug that Pz.III (think it was an N) in FSM. If I'm not mistaken, someone on the forums built that one. The work of Bill Plunkt........wbill76.

Quite possibly! I've got a Tiger I Early in Pz.Abt.502 markings and a few ides of how they could go together in a scene.

Thanks all! I was afraid I'd get Panzer fatigue doing two back-to-back, but this was one a lot of fun to work on! In no small part due to the excellent Pz.III group!
If anybody's making it to the Austin show on the 24th, I'll probably bringing this one along for the ride...
Love that camo. looks a lot like the pz.III in the FSM magizine this month.
On the Bench: Nothing atm
Very realistic.
A great piece of work.
Another top-notch build Doogs. I like the simple winter scheme.
Nicely done! The last shot side-by-side with the IV-G makes for a really nice pair.

Very nice work. I love the subtle rust streaking and dusty look you got.

Real nice work,Doogs
Nice work! Looks good.
I'm anxious to do a nice cat in panzer grey.
Top shelf job Doogs.
Here's the latest to clear the bench. Cyber-Hobby's Panzer III Ausf.L Vorpanzer, done up in the winter camo of Pz.Abt.502 on the Leningrad front in late autumn 1942.
This build was mostly OOB, save for an Aber barrel and Friul tracks (the only way I can stomach indy links). The base color is Lifecolor Panzer Schwarzgrau, with Gunze Offwhite for the splotches. Drybrushed with MM Schwarzgrau and Dunkelgrau. Oil wash of raw umber. Dark Mud and Russian Earth Mig Pigments.
The tracks were originally treated with Blacken-It, which failed again, despite intensive soaking and scrubbing. So I used Vallejo Track Primer and Black Gray, topped with raw umber and burnt sienna oil washes, Dark Mud and Russian Earth pigments, and graphite highlighting.
Hope y'all enjoy - and any comments or critiques are welcome!
For kicks...the Vorpanzer alongside my Panzer IV Ausf.G...
