My compliments to Art Instructor. That is one difficult kit to finish building!

Pretty neat looking vehice/behemoth! Looks like it needs a good flat coat as there is a strange sheen visible in that first photo. Looks like something that was used to get the decals to settle maybe??

Nice and dusty finish on that WWI tank looks very good.

How easily did the parts assemble?

Was the finish brushed on and what paints dids you use?

The paint scheme would not look out of place on it's later day movie offshoot :

( with legs and head added to the German hull , of course Wink )

Thanks for posting !

Man, that is just simply gorgeous!

This is exactly how I would have painted it--what a great scheme, and a terrific job of finishing it!

Compliments to AI on the build, I had this kit in my collection 20 odd years ago, got as far as getting the tracks put together, then the got was lost in one of many moves over the next few years. This kit is one of the few I try and keep an eye out for, as I would like to replace it, and have a crack at building it myself, even given all the bad press I have read about the kit.

 Nice build, looks great!

Thanks so much guys for your kind comments and compliments! I really appreciate them!. AI complained that this kit is very difficult to assemble, the plastic is thick and hard. Some parts are missing such as track link and metal wire that's used to join them. Luckily half of the tracks are covered by the hull. AI uses all technique to finish this kit including powder and dry-brushing. As for paints, he uses industrial paints and mix main colors RGB + B&W into desired colors.

Thanks again. Now I'm gonna post a new kit in a new thread.
