Cool! Man, I still have the old Italeri kit in the stash.

Oh well, there goes the eBay market on them! Sad

They weren't worth much before this since there was a much better way to get the same result by putting the Academy M36 turret on any one of the better available Sherman hulls.

I bought a bagged kit off of eBay for $5 once to round out my original kit bought in Germany. It seems the longer I keep a kit, the greater the distances it travels with me and the more likely it is to have broken or missing pieces. I still have a large zip lock bag full of pieces parts that I find in the bottom of a moving box that previously held model boxes. Little bits always come loose and sneak their way out of the kit box and into the moving box.

Rob, youre thinking of the M-36B2 Tank Destroyer that combined the late 47* M4 hull with the M36 turret. Not  the M32 Armored Recovery Vehicles. This one will have the more common early stle M4A1 hull. Nice!

I can't wait to get this kit in my stash! Been waiting and waiting for an updated one. I had of course bought all the stuff to reconfigure the Italeri one including a donor small hatch M4A1...

Hopefully they'll continue with the ARV vehicles...

Cool, and being the small hatch type it will be a getter.  (I have built 2 of the older Italeri ones and still have a couple in the stash, but what is one more?

My bad, you're right.

Nice to see Tasca continuing the trend of offering increased variety of Sheman variants for the Allied crowd. Yes

yup, this is a shameless bump of a thread of a kit that I'll be getting one or two of for sure.

Thanks for the link.

I also have a few of the Italeri kits stashed.

I don't have any Tasca kits right now. I'll learn about the detail and quality with this kit
