Interior Buff should be fine for the interior. As far as the exterior goes, Dark yellow, Red brown and Olive green are what you need  for the camo pattern. None of the patterns there appear to be three color, so either Red Brown or Olive Green will do for this kit.  Both Testors Model Master and Tamiya make those colors in their line ups. If you do not have an air brush I would advise against Tamiya though as they are pretty poor at hand brushing.

Many Elefants were used in Italy, so you'd need a dark yellow base with olive green camoflage

Just some advice on that Dark Yellow base---thin it up to 50% with white to reduce its "yellowness". It should be a light tan, not deep mustard as it comes out of the bottle. Otherwise your model is going to look too dark.

What evidence have you that the floor of the Elefant, or any other panzer, was painted buff?

Wasn't Buff (by whatever its German Name) the standard interior color of Panzers in WWII like White for US and Aluminium for British tanks?

Perhaps he has none.  What information do you have that you'd like to share to inform the poster?

Here are the summarised observations of researchers who crawled around inside several panzers.

So based on that site, Pnazer Interior Buff/Ivory for interior sidewalls and roof, Red Brown Primer or Gray Green for floorboards. Black for most fittings. Thank you for the link. Good stuff there. Would these colors also apply to vehicles of Czech manufacture such as those based on the 38t type hulls?

I don't know anything about the Czech vehicles. Contributions are welcome.

Stik,

As a rule of thumb, Czech vehicle production followed German production standards from 1940 onwards once the BMM was fully subordinated to the German Waffenamt. Since they were largely self-sufficient in terms of production capacity on the 38(t) gun tanks, you see a lot of standardization there that begins to change once gun tank production was halted in favor of Marder and Grille production and of course Hetzer production down the line.
