The tank would be OD green under the white wash paint. It was a temporary type of paint used around the time of the Battle of the Bulge in December 1944.
The M24 didn't arrive in Europe until November 1944 and not in any great number until December. The window of combat usage of the M24 in winter camouflage in Europe is small, with December 1944 being the beginning and as winter ended, the camouflage would have been removed. The War in Europe was over in May 1945.
The tanks entered in France and would have traveled into Belguim for the BoB and into Germany in February 1945.
