Garz the entire turret lifts off and can be used as a mobile pillbox. The wheels mount to those brackets on the side of the turret for towing.

Not much weathering, prototype testing,no combat

WOW, cool build Tony.

The details are very good and unusual model you chose to build.

What are those huge wheels on the back for?, that  tank is evertything but stealth...

Will you do some weathering?

Tony your build is awesome, love the amount of PE and how well you work with it. It's a unique vehicle and I can't wait to see it finished.

Tony Lee, well done, very well done ! Good luck for completing the model. I'd tried to create this model by use of a vacu-formed conversion ... years, better some decades before.

Nice to see this again Tony. I used my first Voyager set at the end of 2012, so I feel your pain.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

What the??  Where did this one come from Tony??  You've been hiding builds behind your back? Hmm

BTW, I think those spare idlers on the back are a bit oversized.....just sayin'! Wink

Hi Tony,

The tracks alone would ask for this build to move on, not to mention what you have already done with the Voyager set.

It is a difficult subject though, not sure if I have ever seen anything but the prototype?

Thank you for bringing this back!

Very Best Regards

Johan

I hear you Tony about the issues with some Voyager sets...that and the fact that they often show multiple sets in use on a box picture/logo makes it tough to know exactly what you are, and aren't, getting in a particular set. That aside, you've done some sharp work here on your "Grasshopper". Looking forward to more!

The Voyager PE is OK but could be better quality wise and what they don't give you in the set.

You get NO fenders they cost extra, NO chains, and NOT even the axle shaft that goes between the upper chain wheels, you provide those necessaries. For $37 sale price,$46 SMRP you would think that they would include those last two items.

Thanks, I did the best I could with what I had.

She is looking great.  This is a very cool vehicle, glad you decided to have the turret off.  That will be very different and as you said, really show off the interior.  You don't need no rehab, You just need to keep keeping on Beer
