Panther w Pz IV turret (Steel Cats GB)

Ye, i have seen the rail car ones. There are two, one with a Tiger (P) infront of the Panther and then a close up of the Panther. Apart from the one i posted, that seems to be the only other photo of these vehicles.

Terry, that interesting because i haven't seen that. These is one of the images i found.

The other shows the vehcile on the back of a rail car, but i can't load it. If you have seen a third, i will have to see if i can find it. This was only a command vehcile in a recovery platoon, so it may or may not have had a star antenna, but would certainly look better with one.

Thanks Terry. Yes, these were originally Begepantehrs. They were field converted from the very first Panther's, the early D's. They were then field converted again to what we see and used as command tanks. Thats my understanding of it anyway.
