Don't know if any of our modern fans are aware of this future release but I just thought I'd highlight it. As far as I'm concerned it looks super cool

I think that's actually pretty cool. You see these all over the highways, traveling to and fro. It would be neat to build one up.

It's the Marine Corps' 7 ton MTVR or Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement.

We don't have anything like that over here but it looks huge.

They are actually releasing a couple.  As I posted a few days ago in the Nurenburg Toy Fair pics thread.

I am looking forward to the announced modern soft skins.

Trumpeter is showing the USMC 7-ton MTVR.

As well as an Armored Cab M1078.

Also the Ural BM-21.

Mengs new offerings look nice too.

Toyota Land Cruiser 70 w/ZU-23-2 pick up.

And Armored D9R Dozer.

The MTVR does bear a passing resemblance to the old Bigfoot Prime Mover doesn't it?

I think that ICM (?) had released that Ural BM-21 a few years back with a cool figures set of Taliban-like figures? It was pretty cool.

That Armored Bulldozer goes on my "must have" list! What a BEAST!

ICM re-released the Eastern Express/Alan/Revell.... and other Eastern Europen producers BM-21 kit.  It was an OK kit wit typical Eastern European manufacturer's thick plastic, soft details, etc.  The figures sucked and are not even worth mentioning.

I'm sure Trumpeter's version will be light-years ahead of it.
