Lost Tiger decals
Posted by Panzerguy37 on Friday, February 8, 2013 10:49 AM

I am currently building Tamiya's old King Tiger (Ardennes Front) as Tiger 332, the one currently in the Patton museum.  I am almost ready for decals but I think I may have accidentally thrown away the decal sheet, does anyone have a set they could maybe scan and e-mail me? I just need the blue on yellow turret numbers.  If not maybe someone could recommend a font I could use to replicate my own.  I would appreciate any help in this matter.

If nothing else, Archer makes the set for this Tiger II, part # AR35155.

Let me check my reserve, Panzerguy, and I"ll get back to you later tonight. I may have them, or something that passes for them.

One thing I would suggest is that if you can't find them and don't want to plunk down money for new ones, you can carefully cut out the numbers from any sheet of decals and use that as a template to spray on the yellow outlines and then carefully paint the insides blue---or is it the other way around? IN any case, you get my drift....

Thanks, but someone already hooked me up with a set from a Dragon King Tiger.  Still can't believe I threw my decals away, guess I need to be more careful in my cleaning frenzies.

In the event something happens and that doesn't come through I am sure those are on the sheet for the KT I am working on now and I don't plan to use them.

Good for ya, Panzerguy! I looked, but didn't have any. Glad you found them!
