Thanks everyone. The Ariete is at the same league as the other MBT you posted. It has a 120mm gun, also protected with its advance reactive armor but seems a little lighter in weight compared to the heavyweights. Though not of the same quality of Tamiya still it was a nice good build and really enjoyable.

Not only is that a nice, clean build, its also a cool looking tank!  Good work Eric!

BTW, I don't know much about the Ariete tank.....how does it compare with some of the other countries' MBTs like the Abrams, Challenger 2, Leopard 2, T-90, Leclerc, etc.?

My latest project. It is the 1/35 Trumpeter Up-armored Ariete MBT. Built OOB and using Gunze acrylics for paint. Weathered to minimum.
