Good looking build!  I believe the way to "show stopping modeling" is through practice, practice, practice.  I am still practicing sanding, gluing, and trimming parts!  My airbrush scares me, although I have used it before.  The thought of weathering something would keep me up at nights, so at this point, I do not even consider it.  I'm sure there are many of us out here that look with envy when we see work like yours!

Looks pretty good to me Rodolfo. If I had one critique it might be the tops of the tracks which look more like aluminum then steel.

Looks great from where I am seated, really like the camo.

Hey, might feel like a lemon to you, but, it seems to look good to the rest of us.

If all else fails, you could turn it into an opportunity.  I want to remember seeing a photo of a Stg IV in Italy that had slid into a muddy ditch and a tree had fallen over it.  The track lowest in the ditch had parted over the rear idler.  

A combo that might be just right for your kit.  Or not  Take your enjoyment where you wish to, that's what matters.

Thanks for your comments and suggestions.  I had a Little nightmare because the kit was bad. My touch was gone with this, maybe I will re-working the weathering, I don't know or maybe I will start a good kit.

Only thing I might change would be to dismount the very-portable MG-42, possibly tipping the shield forward, to show some haste.

If the crew had the time to calmly exgress, calmly enough to close hatches, they would have taken the MG with them.

If they bailed out in a hurry, all the crew hatches would be standing open

What might help the setting might be a "mobility issue" like a thrown track, or being slid into a ditch.

A nice job, Rodolfo. Good camo masking on those shields, and a nice job in the weathering.

If I could offer some advice: be careful when using decals that are out-of-register. See how the cross on the rear plate has white around the outside edges of the cross bars? That's a printing error. The numbers are also carelessly printed, and look a little inconsistent in their white borders.This can detract from your model's presentation. Usually, the "cheaper" companies (like Academy) are the ones that have this issue. Try finding some "spares" in your spares box or in another kit to use, or simply ask here on the forum--lots of guys have extra decals.

And one bit of advice on weathering--dirt or snow, when applied to the tracks, should be placed between the track faces (where it would pack), not just on top of them. And if you're going to have packed mud/snow on the tracks, side skirts and hull, you should have some on the wheel faces, too. They do, after all, slog through the slop, first.

I believe you have forgotten to paint your rope ends on the rear hull?
