Does Dragon Sell Parts?
Posted by Chrisk-k on Saturday, July 6, 2013 12:03 PM

I'm building a 1/35 Dragon Puma. I lost one half of the tire and cannot find it. Does anyone know if Dragon sells parts like Tamiya does?

P.S. The tire part is bigger than a quarter coin. How the heck did I lose it?

If you are in the US, Dragon Care often replaces missing or damaged parts, but I am sure they do not sell them. www.dragoncare.com/chsmain.asp

I opened a ticket. Hopefully, they can do something about the missing tire part. It surely is the biggest part I've ever lost.

Plan B (which I would implement concurrently) would be to post a request at Missing Lynx's private sellers forum, www.network54.com/.../47214

The vast majority of modelers there who built the Sd,Kfz 234 probably replaced the kit tires with resin aftermarket ones and have the kit tires left over in the spare parts box. You might get a set for free or the price of postage.

Dragon does sell parts provided they still make the kit.......they're not cheap though!  Opening a ticket  is the way to go.  Over the next few days they will ask you what you need.  The missing part will make its appearance after the replacement arrives!
