Well, about 3 weeks after contacting Meng I received my parts yesterday. Not a bad shipping time. So if you have problems with a kit, shoot them an email. I wish more of the vendors here in the States had a better idea of what good customer service was.

One day after emailing Meng I got an answer. They're sending the parts and only charging freight. Great customer service so far.

Thanks Heavy. I got no response from Stevens so I emailed Meng this morning. Here's hoping for a response.

I got some replacements for some deformed parts in my D9 dozer kit.  They were very helpful and I had the parts in a couple of weeks.

Any experience with Meng on replacement parts?

I've been waiting for weeks to get started on Mengs M2A3 Busk and finally got rolling this past weekend. Right at the start I bugger up the shock absorbers. I glued what I wasn't supposed to have glued. I tried using De-Solv but that just melted the plastic. So I start with one of their distributors, Stevens Distributing out of New Jersey. I emailed them yesterday about replacement parts but so far no reply. I guess I'll try Meng next.

So my question is has anyone had any experience getting parts from Meng? If so how did you go about it?
