Really like your paint jobs. I couldn't handle the small scale, due to my aging eyes.

Very nice work. They make quite a lovely collection and your use of backgrounds is excellent. I really like your style on these.

Panzerwerk

Last time I went to the eye doc ,I asked him to make me a special pair of glasses with a focal point about 6 inches from the tip of my nose , I use these for modelling only and so far have worked out well , Without them I would painting and assembling at arms length !! LOL , thanks Everyone !

i'm the opposite. i take my glasses off to model and paint. i do have to be careful with antennas. biggest problem i have is finding my glasses without glasses.

Very cool! You have better eyes and I do, I tend to have to squint a lot on small 1/35th subjects (guess it's time for an Opti-Visor?) And the background street and rail cars are really neat.

Excellent!! I really think that they look great!

I'm a big fan of 1/72. And especially old ESCI kits. I love how you "sagged" the tracks on that Wirbelwind!!!

I have to agree! Just a touch more "sepia-tone" on the pictures. Great small scale. Bob

or blur the b/w rr cars just a bit an add a touch of photo grain. i have done this with "eye level" views and, with the right background, the pics look real.

shameless GB plug. you should join the BRAILLE SCALE GB hosted by, wait for it, moi.

Nice build. Mac makes good kits, both armor and WWI planes. I have at least one of all their kits.

Hi Guys , some of my recent 1/72 stuff
Posted by Panzerwerk on Thursday, July 3, 2014 11:35 AM

I was a member here years ago before the reset LOL , I make 1/6th scale parts but like building 1/72 , I seem to not have the time or patients anymore for working on bigger stuff , so i am having fun with the smaller .

One of my very good customers sent me 3 giant boxes of 1/72 models he was getting rid of , many new in boxes and lots of old Esci type kits , so out came the exacto and airbrush and here is some of the results .

Be gentle ,Iam not a master modeller , just having a good time with some old school kits , and a couple new ones too LOL .

 Hope you like them .
