Hi,

Here's my latest build ... it's from Academy, very nice kit, simple to build, few pieces, don't have any fitting problem, the only issue were the heads of the included figures, they are very UGLY so I replaced them with some resine heads I have on my spare box.

Nice looking build and nice work on the scheme, how did you pull that off.

You mean the schema? That was easy, because the kit includes painting masks for the bigger shapes, I only had to hand paint the little "leaves".

Hi tvs,

First time that I see the Academy templates actually in use.

Great result :)

Looks like a very rewarding little kit - can you compare with the Tamiya offering?

Very Best Regards

Johan

Hi Johan,

Unfortunately, I don't have the Tamiya kit so I can't compare them, sorry

Nice looking ambush/disc pattern scheme for sure. That's a nice touch regarding Academy including the templates. Beer

That's one cool build and paint, I can't help feeling that you "cheated" a little using the masks, but hey---who needs to know? It came out great! :)
