It's certainly not "bad" by any means. I looked at it, but then when I saw that you had already given it away years ago, I didn't comment because you can't really fix anything on it or do anything to it.
I wouldn't have put the cables up in that arc like you did. They wouldn't really have looked like that, and it detracts from the front view. Secondly, I would have recommended that you learn what pin washes are, and use them to emphasize the finish--believe me, they can really help to bring out the detail.
As other have said, a little dirt would have looked more realistic. Your tracks look ok, but the better color for them would have been a darker brown with a solid dry rushing of metallic gray over them. This would look like well used tracks. The spare tracks would have looked more appropriate in a darker metal gray with maybe a wash of brown or lightly dusty/rusty.
The muffler could us a bit of old, dark rust on the top portions where the heat of it would boil off the paint and lead to rusty areas. Finally, a light dry brushing of dark steel on the edges would have helped confer a more "metallic" and battle-hardened look to it.
There are all things you learn as an armor modeler. You certainly do seem to have the construction sick down, and the paint is fine. You should h one stay try another model tank and ask questions here and improve your skills for the genre!
