I'm cooking away on a tank model this week. Seeing builds like this is inspirational, and I can spend a bunch of time looking at the techniques you used. Thanks for posting!

I too thought that was rust on the wheels. But I like the way it looks even if it is not.

Really looks good Tojo! Esp considering what a tiny tank it is when you're used to Shermans and Panthers.

Thanks again for resurrecting an old thread.Jersey,the base coat was Modelmaster Panzer Gray lightened with white,along with some filtering,washes,and pigments.

WOw, Tojo, that is a really sweet build! Everything about it looks "just right"! Nice job on the interior, too!

Fantastic looking build Tojo. Was the interior of the drivers compartment painted that red?? I ask only because I have the Marder 3 76mm and I painted the interior white. I figured I would ask while I can still change it to red easily.

I couldn't say for sure,I followed a couple of build logs I found on the net,and they were in primer,so I went with that.

Also only the floor is red,the walls and the turret inside are buff.
