Cant see your tiny photos, but I would recommend light gray for scratches over gray. Dark colors demand lighter shades for scratches, not necessarily darker ones. The dark ones usually don't show up very well.

i suggest black or gunmetal if scratch goes through to bare metal, a rust color if it has aged.

This one is nearing completion. I am going to load it up with "bits and pieces" as supply truck.

I still have some weathering to do.

Any tips on what colors to use to simulate scratches?
