Tom Hering
It's fun using some of today's painting and construction techniques to make an old kit look better than it ever did back in the day.

Thanks T.H. As far as better than back in the day, it depends on who did it back then. Appreciate the sentiment.

You did a nice job there, esp. hiding the hull half seams at the front.

I think the weathering looks good.

One thing, the left side track is on backwards.

Cool tank.

No gripes or complaints on this end.  Solid build with an excellent paint job, and effective weathering techniques.  I especially like the tracks.  They just look....right.

Excellent job.

Nice job on a vintage kit, first released in 1958 (which makes it 59 years old). It's fun using some of today's painting and construction techniques to make an old kit look better than it ever did back in the day.

I was almost at the point of maybe ,just a little bit pleased with the outcome until I decided to mist with Buff to tie it all in. Don't know the cause but it came out "chunky",is the only way to describe it. Thought I thinned it enough, C'est la vie. It carries the marking of the 79th Tank Battalion,7th Armored Brigade in the '67'war. Not the best fitting kit and rather simple, but it was in the stash so it got built. The vehicle ID number should have been placed on the rear fender. I continue to wish I could get pics that reflect what I perceive '' live ". It is what it is, comments, gripes, complaints and accolades all welcome.

Thanks.
