A local craft store had their models on sale 40% off, so I picked up a few for practicing on. This will be my first I've assembled in very long time. Got this tank along with a Revell 1/48 A-10 Warthog. Were cheap, and if I mess them up beyond repair, I can go get another cheap model. Figured this would be better to start on, then move up to the higher tier models down the road.
Built it as per instructions. No custom work except for some putty, and won't be using any 3rd party addons. Painted entire model with Vallejo Olive Drab, and painted the rubber on the tires with Mr Color Tire Black. So this will be my "sacrificial lamb" so to speak. Will use it to practice with washes, chipping, and applying pigments for weathering\usage effects on the body and tracks.
