Wow thanks for the link muzzleflashh88 I have been looking for a better way to do the medals and such on figures and you are right build22 it is a nice touch that dragon does to the fuel drums...now only if they were not all identical.

Nice job, ThundergodThumbs Up [tup],

Nice detail w/exhausts and dented fenders. Gotta love the Dragon kits with the pre-dented fuel tanks.

Looking good

Thanks, I've been at a loss for convincing "raw steel" colored paint. (I hate mixing) Tongue [:P]

As for the cable: I say check pics. Should be able to find a lot on the web.Approve [^]

Did anyone mention mud yet? Mischief [:-,]

Nice job on the tank , is that a bucksaw on the side ? The germans should have including the fine art of lumberjacking as well , maybe thats why they lost the war ? I love the 85 version of that tank ., its way too kool , you did a fine job of it , but definatly muddy that bugger up a bit , and give her some dust ,(pastel chalk ground up and dusted over the tank )chips ,etc here's a great link for that, its done in russian armor as well Big Smile [:D]http://www.missing-lynx.com/articles/other/awpaint/awpaint.htm

T-34those decals gave me a hard time even goog old solvaset coudnt take em on I basicly had to dry brush and reweather the area aroun the outter edges 2 hours of that and it almost became tiger fodder

Ok ok enuff mud slinging already.heheheehe When I make a batch of mud up I will add it to this as well as a few pthers I have since mud doesnt keep in a jar very well it is kinda a waste of other materials to do it one at a time on to the cable I am not sure it is gonna stay I dont know if I like that one or the other or both.

and wildwilliam that is a standard tool. and thanks again all.

Mud or no mud. It is definitely good looking. I have been eyeing that kit but I have already built the Tamiya version (which is not as good, I know) so maybe later.

The weathering is really good.

Great job overall.

I like it the way it is, I just can't slather mud all over a new build yet. Maybe someday.

I'm certainly not either, but since they are really thick steel cables chances are they don't droop like rope, and probably do buckle oddly like that if they are just loosely attached.

Looks great !! ... I do agree with you about it needing a little mud or heavy road dust though.

Thanks for sharing.

Thundergod,
looking good.
i like the 2 man saw. is that standard Dragon tool?
i don't think my Tamiya T34/85 had one of those.
