I myself am not pleased at all with testors service departments.
I had a kit missing parts.
They asked for the part number and a reciept proving that I bought the kit.
They lost that and said that I now have to send them the kit for replacement.
I then told them that they lost the paper work and it was now their responsability to replace the parts reguardless.
I felt that I did my part and did not feel that I should now pay more money to send them a kit through the mail.
They told me that they will not send me the parts unless they get the kit back.
I then reminded them that I have alot of friends on the web that would be interested in hearing about my problems with their companys return policy.
They promptly sent out the parts that week.
Guess what, "they sent me the wrong parts".
I got so fed up with it I shelfed the project.
And now it sits collecting dust
Sorry for the rant.
Just had to vent ya' know.
