Ah ;

 Sadly , for some reason they chose to go that way . It's not easy making it really nice on the edge . What I've done when I had a dash like that ( think REVELL'S Multi-Piece bodies ) is sandwich a piece of .010 plastic strip in there . Then sand it smooth , paint , detail and install .  T.B.

The paint work on this car is magnificent and the interior looks great Nick! That BMF really brings an already good paint job to life.

Um:

   You think that was a long time ? Try foiling a whole H.O. scale Railway Passenger car . It only took a whole day and a half .  T.B.

Oh ?

 Well let me share this . After a whole day and a half the foil seems unending . Thing is I get to where I see the stuff out of the corner of my eye when I am doing something else . I think if you foil to much at one time the stuff stalks you !LOL.LOL.

 Never had this problem when I did autos ! T.B.

Question ?

   When did they make the chrome trim on the quarter panels seperate ? I somehow missed that !  T.B.
