TOTALLY AWESOME. I am more of a fan of old school bobbers/choppers but this is an awesome build. Do these kits offer much in the way of old school bikes? Ive been thinking of doing one.

Looking good!

What did you use for the tie on the fork for the front brake line?

Looking way too cool, James!

The only thing I can see to critique is maybe you might want to try to get a slightly different sheen/color between the black of the rims, and the black of the tires.

Cool! Make a Toast [#toast]

James, this is looking really wicked! The paint looks great, really! Those grips look 1:1 real, and what did you make the seat out of?

How in the world did you get those stars so perfect? They look like decals?

I was a little stunned by your decision to swap out those cool rims for the reason you stated--hell would freeze over before I let political correctness dictate my modeling choices, but that's your decision...Don't let it stop you fro using them in the future though--they're really way too cool!

lol ya i like those other wheels buit stars and stripes with swastika wheels haha :P the stars are some nascar decals i had laying around.

the seat is made from a file folder, ive since darkened the color with broiwn shoe polish you can see in these new pics..

i added some PE , one under the tank to act as the mounting bracket, and some to cover the screw on the triple trees.

also after looking at those wheels they seem to look a little like a swastika lol.. so i decided to change them out for these which i think will look sweet all black!

I have a ton of these revell kits there really fun! not really been doin much building lately so thought id work on one of them!

going with no fenders, black wheels. all bussiness look, changed the frame around also. just used some black sprue cause it happened to be the right size

heres what i came up with for the tank.
it still needs a few more coats of clear,  but i wanted to take a pic!
