Little bit o' soap and water will do the trick too--don't worry; it's not like, "super-goo"; it actually comes off pretty easily. I have used the Turtle wax removal method too.

Hi Depends on what paint you used. I usually use Model Master Enamel and if it's good and cured then use some Windex on a cloth very sparingly. They also sell something called Goo-Gone that works quite well. Also you might try using Turtle Wax Liquid Automotive Wax but be very careful with it as it will remove some of the paint sometimes. Hope this helps.

Chrome foil question
Posted by modelbuilder on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 8:55 PM
I have just used Model Master chrome foil to chrome the trim on my 1970 Superbird. It left behind a residue. Is there a safe way to remove this without harming the paint?
