Finally got here done, had some issues with the paintwork and that kind of got me of track.

Paint is a home brew from Tamiya spraycans, silver leaf with a hint of metallick blue and clear red. Hard to get a descent picture of it, but it has a slight tint of lavender in it. Roof is painted with nailpolish and it has some flakes in that sparkles a mile deep down in a hefty portion of clear coat.

Interior got Tamiya pearl white and a home mix of lavender with purple flocking on the floor. Steering wheel I think is a Nardi from a Ferrari GTO. Eye lids made from chrome mylar film or something like that, actually don't know what it is? Made new cranks on the sidewall out of copper wire, chrome tape and some white glue for the knobs and that's about it.

Just felt I had to finish this model and try not to bother about the flaws, what you cant see in the pictures is some "clouds" in the clear coats on the roof that isn't looking very good. I feel kind of happy with here anyway so here she is....Violet!

Edit: Forgot to tell you, it's the AMT vintage Galaxie kit.

Hey, Proosen, that's one beautiful car! A gorgeous color, too!

The grilles look really nice--both "sexy" but "nasty" at the same time!
