A "diecast" kit/model?

You mean a pre-painted, halfway-assembled kit?

I don't get it--I don't even know how to comment on this?

HI Yep I like it and it was a lot of fun to put together. And besides the local car model club that I belong to (Top O Texas Car Modelers) has a theme each month and in September it is die-cast kits and you must have the instructions to show it is a kit.

HI Thanks for the info I didn't know that about the GT. I wondered why I couldn't find any photos of the engine showing the plug wires.

Just Wondering if all the spark plug controls or wires are inside the cam covers or do they exit somewhere and go to a spark box or type of distributor?  Or maybe I should ask where the coils  on the plugs get there power? Thanks in advance

Mckay,

There is no distributor per se, Ford uses an optical trigger on the crank to fire the coils.  Click on the link to my fotki site, there are a couple of pics that might help.  One is of the engine with the coil cover removed and the coils visible.  The other is the engine in place, with the wiring harness coming out the back of the coil cover going where ever it is that it goes. You'll have to look closely at the second pic.  Hope this helps.
