First couple of pics I didn't notice it either, I was looking for wiring I guess.  Then I was like WTF is that thing?  Looks like a, what?  No way.  Thought I'd better let ya know.

Excellent looking build.  Love the smooth paint, and the color choice too.

Aside from what has been said about the plug wires, the only thing I can see is um, why is the brake master cylinder between the firewall and the power brake booster?  You have it in backwards.

Aside from those two things, looks spectacular.  Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the post, it was a pre-wired distributor i tought it would look good even know it didn't come with the kit. J-HULK

Hiya Spudzero!
Don't get me wrong, the distributor looks good, it's just that the wires seem a bit thick. I've never used the aftermarket pre-wired distributors...do they come in different wire gauges?

Anyway, it's always good to see a Mopar posted here (Doog's Charger rocks, too!), so please keep up the good work!

Fantastic looking build! One of my favorite Mopars, too. You've done a great job on it! I just picked up that very same kit the last time I was in the States.

In addition to echoing Doog's good advice about detail painting the wheels, I might also suggest using a narrower gauge of wiring for your spark plug wires next time. I see this in quite a few builds. In this scale, those wires would be about the thickness of garden hoses! Was that an aftermarket pre-wired distributor, or did you add the wires yourself? In any case, I'd go a little thinner next time.

Still, it's a fantastic build, in a great color! Looking forward to seeing your Challenger!

What I mean about the wheels is--see the black painting on the inside here? I was told that this was standard for these types of rims, and it pretty much confirms it looking at reference pics.

The black paint really makes the rims "pop" out more too, IMO.

This is my 1/25 old MPC Charger 500 kit, by the way.

Beautiful car, spudzero!!

I'm currently working on exactly the same car!--i think; is this the Revell kit? (Make sure you tell us that in your posts!)  Big Smile [:D] I like what you did with the engine wiring--it's completely different than mine, but has a nice character to it!

You might want to paint in the wheels, in the rims. I forgot to do this on mine, and someone pointed it out.

Nice color and overall, a beautiful Bee!
