55 Chevy Convertable Is Finished

Thanks Guys  I appreciate all the input I can get because it helps me build better models. I like trying things that other modelers suggest and I usually get my best info when I mess up.

McKay asked for opinions,"pros or cons welcomed". We are here to learn and sharpen our skills. If I would have seen the wip from the beginning I would have given the missing details. It is still a very detailed and realistic rendition of the classic '55. I have a very soft spot in my heart for these cars and now regret selling my hardtop.

Thanks Dave but don't beat plastickjunkie up I ask for a honest opinion on the model. I now have more info when I build another one. I am still happy with my model and won't change a thing. In fact it will be entered in a local model contest at the end of this month that usually draws about 150 to 200 entries.

I did manage to find a real nice 1955 210 2 door hardtop in stock condition that I kept up to 2006 when I finally broke down and sold her when we moved to another state. It was powered by the 265 CI V8, with 2 speed Powerglide and factory power steering. I attended many car shows and actually won about 5 1st place trophies. You did a great job with the convertible.
