also I had to use a stencil for the goodyear logos as the decals were just crap and kept breaking on me

Nice job on yours! I think the Cannon colors are the best in F1

Very nice indeedSmile [:)] How did you accomplish the realistic "marbles" on the tire wear?

Gorgeous, JT, as always. Looks like the real thing!

Hope that pack of death rods isn't yours; you're much too talented a modeler to die in such a preventabel way as lung cancer. Wink [;)] Might want to try a block of blasa wood as a photo prop instead?

That is really cool. I'm loving the used look of the tires. It's perfect. How did you do it? I've been thinking about building a F1 car sometime soon but I have no idea where to begin. What's a good starter car?

I added weathering on the bodywork
I just have to finish the wings and it will be completed.

to answer some questions lol,

no i dont smoke, that pack is for special use with a Senna car. it will be cool when i show it finished ;)

for the tire clag,  i save all the bits of rubber that come off when you sand the tires. then i spray some semigloss clear on the tire and then roll it through all the bits of rubber. then seal it on again with another coat of dull clear

Nice job on a tricky two-tone paint job! So how much did Marlboro give you for product placement?

Really nice model. I love this 'classic' Williams scheme. If you do too, then you'll be pleased to know that Fujimi have just announced the 1992 FW-14B in 1/20. That was Nige's championship car.

Cheers

Tony

I'm just taking it one GB at a time.
