You beat me to it on the bars, because I had a set on my 57 150. Mine came with a 265 Cubic inch engine which I changed out with a .030 over 283. Um mom can I borrow a few bucks my rear tires are kinda worn. She says "Michael why is it always the rear tires and not the front?". Busted

The Chevy badge is a kit supplied decal.Back in the day "Lakewood" traction bars were painted yellow right from the company

Very nice build.  Great finish & detail work.  You should be proud.

Revell kit, wired and plumbed, scratch built traction bars and tail pipe extensions.  Parts box wheels and tires.  Refinished in PPG white and Plasticoat blue lacquers, DuPont urethane clear coat.  This was the first time using the new improved BMF.  This stuff works really well, conforms and polishes up beautifully.
