That is awesome. I have been looking through my stash to do something like this too! I love the idea of making a non-typical car into a trooper car. I was thinking of doing either a Shakopee or Eden Prairie police car though (both cities in minnesota).
BTW are you a fellow Minnesotian?

Looks good, but I'm curious about the model itself.Who made a model of a Geo Storm?
I tend to really like kits that are off the beaten path.

Hey, just down the road. I'm in tiny Spring Lake Park, sandwiched between Blaine and Fridley.
I am in the shakopee area. As for clubs I know of the RPM Guys.

And I attend the MCM that meets in Eden Prairie.
University Hobbies was awesome. I grew up in the area as well (I've only recently returned, having lived in Crystal for many years) and when they made it illegal to sell superglue and spray paint to minors, the owner used to sell to my friends and I so long as nobody else was in the store at the time. He knew by the quantity of models and miniatures we were buying (and had been buying for several years prior) that we were clearly not huffing the stuff. :)
I was sad to see it close. Doubly so now that I live in the area again, as it would be much more convenient than driving down to Hub. (A trip I still generally make twice weekly, despite the distance.)

I'd tell you, but I recall that one of the forum rules is no politics.
Of course, it's totally not politics at all to point out that he hasn't been funny since the end of the Al Franken Decade.
So long folks!
