I am looking for a good website to get models. I have been looking online and found some ok options but would love to know where you guys go...

eBay, without question. You can pick up like, five models for under $65.00 or so easily, if you combine shipping and buy from one seller. Lots of guys are just clearing out their stashes and you can get some insane deals.

I usually get a model for between 6-10 dollars, with shipping about $7.00, average. By contrast, the LHS is selling cars now for $22.00.

eBay has promise as long as you don't get sucked into a bidding war. Know your limit ($) and bid conservatively.

I do my retail purchases from Sprue Brothers. When I compare total cost I find they are the leader and their customer service is the new standard in the industry!

Also I pick up kits from LHS, modeling events, fellow modelers and scouring small country general merchandise stores. There is gold in them thar podunk towns!

I use Sprue Brothers & Squadron for most of my on-line purchases.  I've also used Great Models with no problems, but others have reported issues with them.
