I have herd in some older on-line articles that non-abrasive automotive wax (like Turtle Wax) can be used to buff the paint on a model car, as well as the windshield, to bring out a realistic shine to them.
Will this work with regular Turtle wax? I have a tub of it sitting in a cabnet when I (foolishly) tried to buff out a dull spot on my mother's van, and (even more foolishly) tried to wax my whole truck with it. I'd rather not let it go to waist, and I am hoping that it will work, so I can use it up.
